Does timing actually matter for reta and tesa administration?
I have been looking into when people usually take different peptides, especially with mixing things up compared to my old routine. Some seem to prefer mornings while others lean towards evenings. I am just trying to figure out how others schedule things around meals.
Know something that helps?

The app and community forum cannot provide dosing schedules, timing advice, or protocols. If you have questions about using specific compounds, it is best to speak with a qualified health professional.
Regarding the app itself, the Peptmate app's calculator handles the arithmetic from the vial amount and the water volume you enter. You can read more about how this works in the reconstitution lessons in the app's Library, such as the entry on mixing your first vial.
Nothing on this page is medical advice, and dosing decisions typically sit with you and your health professional.
I tried mixing up my schedule early on and it was a bit of a disaster for me. Now I just run my tesa before bed on an empty stomach because I kept reading how those GH types really dislike insulin spikes. Keeps life simple.
I tend to keep my MOTS-c for the mornings when I am fasted, usually right before I head out for a workout. That seemed to work best for my energy levels after some early trial and error with timing.
For my reta, I always do first thing in the morning while still fasted. I tracked my response over the first few months and noticed it settled into my routine much easier that way without any weird mid-day dips.
