Delete your account.

You can delete your Peptmate account at any time, with or without the app. Deleting it is permanent.

In the app

1. Open Peptmate and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, and confirm.

Your data is removed within minutes, and the email address can be used again for a new account.

Without the app

Email we@peptmate.com from the address on the account, and ask us to delete it. We can only act on a request from that address, so we know the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and your sign-in, and everything you logged: peptides, vials, schedules, doses, weights, feelings and journal entries.

What is kept, and for how long

• Encrypted backups of our database, for 7 days. They expire on their own and are only ever used to recover the service after a failure.
• The record of who referred whom, if you used or shared a referral code. Ask us and we remove it by hand.
• Questions and answers you posted in the Community. They stay up without your name, shown as from a deleted member; your forum name, avatar and reputation are deleted with the account. To take a question down, delete it in the Community first.
