Forgot my usual injection day yesterday

Hey everyone, completely blanked and missed my usual day for reta this week. I just took it today instead when I remembered, but was wondering how others handle it when life gets in the way.

    I have missed a day here and there myself when travelling or just getting caught up with things. For me, I just took it when I remembered and carried on as normal without changing anything else. If I ever accidentally took one too close to the previous dose though, I noticed I felt it a bit more than usual, so I always try to keep my spacing right now.

      Thanks so much for putting my mind at rest. Life definitely gets away from me lately with the kids, so it is good to know a little slip up is no big deal.
