Working out how long a single vial actually lasts once mixed
I am trying to map out my numbers before ordering and want to figure out how many weeks I will actually get out of a standard ten milligram vial based on common usage. Since I stalled out on my previous run, I am looking closely at the math this time around so I do not waste anything.
Know something that helps?

Mate it just depends entirely on what you are drawing up and how often you're pinning. For my bpc ten mil vial, at the amounts I was pulling, I reckon it barely cracked a fortnight before I was reaching for the next one. But then I've had other stuff stretch out longer depending on the schedule.
It is just basic arithmetic really. When I run a ten mil reta vial at the lower end of things, I easily squeeze about four weeks out of it before the gear runs dry. If you scale up the numbers obviously it disappears a lot quicker, so I just keep a spreadsheet to track my usage.
1 replyThat makes a lot of sense, I appreciate the breakdown. Putting it into a spreadsheet is a good call too, I will definitely map mine out that way so I can see the exact burn rate.
Working out how long a vial lasts comes down to your individual dose, which your healthcare professional provides. The Peptmate app's Quick Calculator does the arithmetic for you once you enter your vial amount and the water volume you are using, showing you the exact steps and units on the syringe.
To see how the numbers connect, the mixing your first vial and how to work out your dose entries in the app's Library explain the math behind weight, volume, and concentration. The concentration depends entirely on the water volume you choose to add, which sets how spread out the peptide is rather than changing the amount in the vial.
Nothing on this page is medical advice, and dosing decisions typically sit with you and your health professional.
