Reminders buzzing at silly hours, how do I stop that?
My phone keeps going off with Peptmate reminders when I am trying to sleep. I have had a poke around in Settings and there is something called Lead time and something called Quiet hours but I have not touched either. Which one do I want? Screenshot of what I am looking at.
Know something that helps?

Quiet hours. Settings, Notifications, Quiet hours, pick a window and it holds everything until the end of it. Lead time is just how many minutes early the buzz arrives. Took me longer than I would like to admit to work out which was which.
1 replyQuiet hours it is then. Set it to overnight and I will see how it goes. Always the one you do not look at first, is it not.
I set mine to cover overnight and the early reminders now wait until the window ends. One thing to know is that the Dose reminders toggle has to be on before those two options show up, so if you cannot see them that is probably why.
The setting you are after is Quiet hours, which sits in Settings under Notifications once Dose reminders is switched on. You pick a start and end time, and any reminder that would fall inside that window is held until the window ends rather than buzzing during it.
Lead time is a different setting. It controls how many minutes before a scheduled dose the reminder arrives, with choices of 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. If a reminder feels too early or too late, that is the one to adjust. If nothing arrives at all, check that notifications for Peptmate are allowed in iOS Settings as well.
