Anyone taking breaks with reta or just staying on?

I've been on reta for six months now after my old GLP-1 stopped doing much out on the highway. Seeing blokes talk about cycling it has me wondering if I need to take time off or just keep going.

Hey there! I don't touch reta myself since I am mostly on other things for skin and energy, but I did chat with my GP about whether anything needs a break. I just listened to my body instead of following strict rules and haven't felt the need for forced pauses yet.

Decisions about taking breaks or continuing a routine are individual choices best discussed with a qualified health professional. The forum and the app cannot advise on protocols, schedules, or whether to pause.

The Retatrutide entry in the app's Library covers phase 2 clinical trials in obesity, type 2 diabetes, and fatty liver disease where body weight and blood markers fell over periods like 48 weeks. Retatrutide is still investigational, is not approved by major regulators, and is currently in phase 3 trials, so its long-term profile is not yet established.

nah didn't bother with any forced breaks myself. been running it for four months now and just kept a steady rhythm. seen some old posts saying to cycle off but most of what I've read from longer trials suggests people just ride it out without stopping.

I looked into the trial data out of curiosity before starting. The longer studies ran for over a year straight without mandated washouts, which suits my analytical brain fine. I just monitor how I feel month to month rather than sticking to an arbitrary calendar.
