  • Rewards programme terms

These terms govern the Peptmate rewards programme, run by Tech Quarters Pty Ltd (ABN provided on request), Australia. They sit alongside our Terms of use, our Privacy policy and our Medical disclaimer, which apply to the programme in full.

Current status (15 September 2026). The programme is not open. No code has been issued, no credit has been granted, no referral has been counted, and nothing described on this page has happened to anybody. None of the conditions below is being enforced against anyone yet, because there is nothing running to enforce them against. Adding a reward to the referral scheme also needs a governing decision of its own, which is being written and has not been approved. That same unapproved decision is where the activation rule below comes from — the four things a referred person has to do within 14 days of creating their account — so that rule is a proposal too, and both it and the tiers below can still change before the programme opens. These terms are published so they can be read and reviewed before the programme opens, and they are not an offer you can accept today. This note will be removed in the change that opens the programme.

What this programme is

Peptmate is free to use. The rewards programme is a way to earn a discount code or store credit when people who start using Peptmate on your recommendation go on to use it.

The rewards are not redeemed with us. Tech Quarters does not sell, supply or ship anything. A reward is a discount code or a store credit at a separate online store run by another business, and it can only be used there. We hold no balance for you, we pay nothing out, and nothing in this programme is a recommendation to buy anything from anyone.

Nothing in this programme is medical advice, and no reward depends on any outcome. A reward is earned by a person choosing to use Peptmate, and by nothing else. Peptmate does not tell you what to take, whether to take it, or how much. Read the Medical disclaimer.

Who can take part

  • You need a Peptmate account, and you must be at least 17, as the Terms of use require.
  • One account per person. The programme follows the account, not the person behind it, so a second account does not earn a second set of rewards.
  • You take part from the moment you have a code, which every account gets. You do not have to do anything with it.
  • Rewards are held at a store that ships within Australia. If it cannot ship to you, a reward is of no use to you, and we cannot substitute anything for it.

What counts as an activated referral

The ladder below counts activated referrals, which is a narrower thing than people who typed your code.

  • A referral is recorded when someone enters your code in Peptmate.
  • It activates only once that person has genuinely got going with Peptmate, which means four things: they entered your code when they created their account, they finished setting the app up, they added at least one peptide, and they logged doses on three separate days. Until all four have happened the referral is recorded and pending, and it is never silently dropped.
  • All four have to happen within 14 days of them creating their account. That is a condition of the programme, not a target: the 14 days run from when their account was created rather than from when they entered your code, there is no extension, and a referral that takes longer stays pending instead of activating. So a code is worth passing to somebody who is about to start, rather than to somebody who might get to it later.
  • Because the code has to be entered when the account is created, somebody who was already using Peptmate and enters your code afterwards never becomes an activated referral, and nothing they had logged before entering it counts towards one.
  • Each account has one referrer, fixed the first time a code is entered. A second code entered afterwards does not replace the first, and neither of you can change it later.
  • Your own code used on your own account never counts.
  • Activation is checked once a day, so a referral can activate up to a day after the moment that activated it. Your count is correct as at the last check, not as at this second.

The ladder

Tiers are reached by activated referrals, counted from zero:

  • Tier 1 — no activated referrals — $35 store credit, the joining credit. This is the one reward with a time condition on it, described below.
  • Tier 2 — 3 activated referrals — a 7.5% discount code.
  • Tier 3 — 8 activated referrals — $45 store credit.
  • Tier 4 — 14 activated referrals — a 10% discount code, carrying free standard shipping.
  • Tier 5 — 20 activated referrals — $50 store credit.
  • Tier 6 — 28 activated referrals — a 12.5% discount code, carrying free standard shipping.
  • Tier 7 — 40 activated referrals — a 15% discount code, carrying free standard shipping.
  • Past tier 7 — a further $50 store credit for every 5 more activated referrals.

All amounts are Australian dollars. A tier is reached once; passing the same threshold again does not issue it a second time.

The two kinds of reward behave differently

Four of the tiers issue store credit and four issue a discount code, and the difference matters when you reach the next one.

  • Store credit (tiers 1, 3, 5 and every recurring rung past tier 7) is added to your balance at the store. Credits add up, and reaching a credit tier does not affect any code you hold.
  • A discount code (tiers 2, 4, 6 and 7) is issued to you, and you hold one at a time: the code for the highest discount tier you have reached. Reaching a higher discount tier issues a new code and retires the old one, which stops working from that moment. That is an upgrade, not a forfeiture, and it is why there is never more than one code to keep track of.
  • Each discount code can be used once. It is a single use, not a standing discount on every order.

Free shipping belongs to the code, not to the tier number. The codes issued at tiers 4, 6 and 7 carry free standard shipping; the tier 2 code does not. Because reaching a store-credit tier does not replace your code, someone who reached tier 4 and then tier 5 is still holding the tier 4 code and still has its free shipping. There is no separate shipping perk attached to tiers 1, 3, 5 or to the recurring rungs, and reaching one neither adds nor removes shipping.

What never expires, and what does

  • A tier you have earned is not taken away because time passes. There is no inactivity rule that demotes you down the ladder and no annual reset. The single exception is the tier 1 joining credit, described in the next section, and it is a pause rather than a loss.
  • A discount code ends when a higher one replaces it, and at no other time. That happens because you earned more, not because a clock ran out.
  • Store credit, once it is in your balance, carries an expiry set by the store. The store shows that date with the credit. We do not set it and we cannot extend it.

The 60-day condition on the joining credit

The $35 tier 1 joining credit is the only reward in this programme that depends on staying active, and this is the whole of that condition:

  • It stays live while you have had at least one activated referral in the last 60 days.
  • If 60 days pass without one, the joining credit is paused. It is not cancelled, not forfeited and not taken off your balance.
  • Your next activated referral restores it, with nothing else to do and nothing to ask us for.
  • The window is rolling: it runs from your most recent activated referral, not from when you joined, so each new one starts the 60 days again.
  • It applies to this credit and to nothing else. Every other tier, every other credit and every discount code is unaffected by it.

Using a reward

  • One reward per order. A discount code and store credit cannot be used on the same order, and two codes cannot be used together. Nothing in this programme stacks, with itself or with another offer at the store.
  • Store credit needs a minimum order of $200. Below that it cannot be applied.
  • Store credit covers part of an order, not necessarily all of it. The store limits how much of a single order credit may pay for, and shows the amount it will apply before you pay.
  • No cash equivalent. A reward cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred to another person, or paid out on request, and it has no value outside the store.
  • Refunds follow the store’s rules, not ours. If an order paid for with a reward is refunded, what happens to the reward is decided under the store’s refund terms. It is not refunded to you as money.
  • Prices, availability, delivery and the checkout are the store’s. A reward is a reduction against them; it is not a promise that anything is in stock or will be delivered.

Current status (15 September 2026), on the $200 minimum. $200 is the figure this programme will run on. It is not the figure the store applies today: the store’s own minimum for store credit is lower, and it is a setting its operators can change. Until the two are aligned, the figure shown to you at the store’s checkout is the one that governs, and nothing on this page entitles the store to refuse a redemption it would otherwise have allowed. This note is removed in the change that aligns them.

Codes are personal

  • Both your referral code and any discount code a tier issues are bound to the account that earned them. They are not transferable and they cannot be sold, auctioned or traded.
  • Your referral code is yours to share with people you choose to tell about Peptmate. That is what it is for.
  • A discount code is yours to use. Posting it somewhere anyone can pick it up — a coupon site, a deals forum, a public feed — is not sharing a recommendation, and it is a ground for the code being retired under the next section.
  • We can retire a code and issue a replacement if it has been published, leaked or used in a way these terms do not allow.

Conduct that forfeits a reward

The programme exists to reward telling a real person about Peptmate. These are the things that are not that:

  • Creating, controlling or coordinating additional accounts in order to enter your own code.
  • Entering a code on somebody else’s behalf, or arranging for someone to enter one who is not going to use the app.
  • Paying, or offering anything of value, for a code to be entered.
  • Recording doses that did not happen — in your own account or anyone else’s — in order to make a referral activate. Activation is meant to record that somebody has genuinely started using Peptmate.
  • Publishing a discount code where anyone can take it, as described above.
  • Presenting Peptmate as something it is not: making a health or outcome claim for it, describing it as advice or treatment, or offering to supply, source or sell anything alongside it.

Where we reasonably believe any of this has happened we may pause or remove the rewards concerned, retire a code, decline to count the referrals involved, or remove an account from the programme. We will tell you what we relied on, and you can ask us to look at it again. We would rather correct a mistake than leave one standing.

Changing or withdrawing the programme

  • We may change the tiers, the thresholds, the amounts, the 60-day condition or the minimum order, and we may withdraw the programme altogether.
  • We will give at least 14 days’ notice of a change that reduces what is on offer or makes it harder to earn, by updating this page and the date above and by telling people in the programme in the app or by email. This matches the notice period in our Terms of use and our Privacy policy.
  • A change is not applied backwards. Store credit already in your balance and a discount code already issued to you keep the terms they were issued under.
  • If we withdraw the programme we will say how long rewards already issued stay usable, and that period will not be shorter than the notice period.
  • Improving the programme, or adding a tier, needs no notice period.

What happens to your information

Taking part records who referred whom, and opting in to rewards sends an email address to the store so a reward has somewhere to sit. What is collected, what crosses, what never crosses, and the name of the company that receives it are all set out in the Privacy policy, under If you used a friend’s referral code, or shared your own. Read it before you opt in; it is the section that tells you what you are agreeing to.

Opting in does not sign you in to anything. The store account created for you has no password and we are never signed in to it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a reward is used towards goods bought from the store, the consumer guarantees that apply to those goods are owed by the store that sold them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
