Retatrutide stalled out completely after six months

I have been on reta for half a year now alongside dsip for my terrible sleep, but the scales have completely stopped moving and I am wondering what I might be missing. Has anyone else hit a wall like this where things just ground to a halt?

Before throwing your hands up, I usually look at the obvious stuff like where my calories are sitting and whether I actually gave the dose enough room to breathe. Sometimes people just stall out because adaptation happens, or the vial was a dud from a questionable batch.

The Retatrutide entry in the app's Library covers its phase 2 trials, where participants experienced substantial body weight reduction over 48 weeks. However, that trial data is from groups measured over months rather than years, and retatrutide is still investigational and not approved by any regulator.

The Library does not cover plateaus or what to expect when weight changes stall out after several months. Because you are mentioning a stall and combining compounds, please consult a qualified health professional about your protocol and sleep.

The Library's DSIP entry notes that DSIP's somnogenic effect in humans is unestablished, and the combination of retatrutide and DSIP has not been tested in any study.

I had a similar flat patch around month five. For me, tracking my protein a bit closer and checking if I had actually slipped out of my calorie deficit made a big difference. It is easy to creep back up without noticing.

Thanks for that, I probably have let my protein slip a bit lately with being so tired. I will take a closer look at what I am actually eating this week.

Could be worth looking back at what else you were on before this, or checking your actual intake. I know when I hit walls with my own routine, adjusting my expectations and reviewing my daily numbers usually sheds some light on it.
