pausing gear when sick

Woke up with a cracking flu right in the middle of my current run. Wondering if I should just hold off until I clear up or keep going.

When I caught a nasty chest bug a couple of months back, I paused everything just to let my immune system focus on recovery. I noticed my body needed all its energy to clear the virus, so I waited until my temperature settled down before resuming.

I just stayed on mine when I had a bug recently, though I made sure to drink heaps of water. 🫗 Everyone seems to handle it a bit differently, but for me keeping hydrated was the main thing that helped me get through it.

Cheers, water intake is probably a good start while I can't shake this head cold.

Holding off on your peptide run while you deal with a cracking flu is a sensible approach until you clear up. The app and the forum cannot advise on pausing protocols or managing illness, so please consult a qualified health professional if you need medical guidance on your symptoms.

When you are ready to resume, the Peptmate app's calculator works out the arithmetic from the vial amount and the water volume you enter, and the Library includes guidance on reconstitution and unit conversions. Never guess or rely on general advice for dosing or schedules. Look after yourself and let your body recover first.
