The forum and the app cannot advise on which syringes or gear to grab, or how much of anything to take or use. If you have questions about specific doses, it is best to speak with a qualified health professional.
When it comes to working out your numbers, the app's Quick Calculator does the arithmetic for you based on the vial amount and water volume you enter. You can find more detail on how this works in the app's Library entry on mixing your first vial.
Remember to always use a fresh needle for every dose, and clean hands and a wiped vial top are essential as covered in the safety basics entry.
Nothing on this page is medical advice, and dosing decisions typically sit with you and your health professional.
hey, i just use standard one ml insulin syringes with twenty nine gauge needles. found a size that works for me and i stick to it, plus i grab a fresh one every single time i draw.
1 replythanks so much, hearing what others grab makes me feel way less clueless about my setup!
i went through a few different ones before settling on a simple one ml insulin syringe with thirteen millimetre needles. keeping it straightforward made life much easier for me.
