Just downloaded the app, what should I set up first?

Brand new to Peptmate and the home screen is a bit overwhelming. Is there a sensible order to do things in? I do not want to set something up wrong and then have to start over. Not sure if I add my peptide first or go through settings.

    Same boat when I started! I only added the one peptide first and ignored everything else for the first week. Reminders were the next thing I switched on, and the Library lessons are short enough to read on the couch. Nothing breaks if you change things later.

      ok that makes me feel a lot better, thank you! I will start with just the one and leave the rest alone for now. Did you find the reminders annoying at first?
