About
Why Peptmate exists.
A short story about spreadsheets, syringes, and the gap that needed filling.
The problem
The peptide space is exploding, but the tools to use peptides safely have stayed in the dark ages. People are tracking doses in Notes apps. Doing dosing math in their head. Asking questions on Reddit threads filled with conflicting advice. We thought there had to be something better. There wasn't. So we built it.
What we believe
- If you're going to do something, do it properly. Tracking your doses isn't optional, it's the whole point.
- Calculation mistakes shouldn't be possible to make. The math should just work.
- Education is everything. The more you understand what you're doing, the better the outcome.
- Tools should feel good to use. If they don't, you won't use them.
Who Peptmate is for
Peptmate is for the curious, the careful, and the consistent. It's for the person who wants to explore peptides responsibly, with eyes open, paying attention to what's actually happening. It's not for anyone looking to take shortcuts or skip the basics, those people will be disappointed.
What we're not
We're not a peptide vendor. We don't recommend specific peptides or protocols. We're not your doctor, and we won't pretend to be. We're a tool, a journal, a calculator, and a learning aid. Use us alongside qualified medical advice, not instead of it.
A note from the founder
"I built Peptmate because I needed it. [Founder's personal note, to be added.]"
